Meet Shauna A. Arroyo
Attorney Shauna A. Arroyo, founder of Arroyo Law, PLLC, is an accomplished family law, immigration, and criminal defense attorney who practices primarily in the Raleigh-Durham, Greensboro, and Charlotte areas. Her mission is to provide cost-effective, high-quality legal services to clients across the state of North Carolina.
Ms. Arroyo, who was raised in Apex, North Carolina, is a proud alumnus of North Carolina State University, where she received bachelors degrees in both Political Science and Foreign Languages and Literature (Spanish). Through interactions with her loving family and members of her local community, Ms. Arroyo developed a deep appreciation for her home state and a desire to positively influence the lives of others. Moved by her time working and volunteering with youth at the Raleigh Teen Club Center, she began to turn her focus towards law and towards those in need.
Never forgetting the culture of her upbringing, she chose to live in Puerto Rico for a year to perfect her Spanish speaking skills and to gain new perspectives on the diversity and beauty of her culture.
While attending North Carolina Central University School of Law, Ms. Arroyo practiced as a member of the Moot Court Team where she excelled in competition. During the 2011 Fullwood Competition, Ms. Arroyo received awards for “Best Oral Argument” and “Best Overall.” She also served as the Articles Editor on the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Law Review during her third year and graduated as President to the Class of 2012.
Attorney Arroyo enjoys traveling abroad and is a lover of North Carolina State University football! She has and continues to display an eagerness to excel and a passion to serve her diverse community-a community that continues to afford her so many opportunities.
