- Are consultations free?
- Our office charges $125 for initial consultations. If hired within two weeks of the consultation date, those fees will be applied to the overall cost of your legal services. Phone consultations with family members of detained individuals are free.
- Are the prices affordable?
- The attorney offers competitive prices and payment plans.

- Where are you located?
- 6604 Six Forks Road Suite 203 Raleigh, NC 27615. We are located in the Georgetown Office Condominium Complex across from Point Source, between the intersections of Millbrook and Six Forks and Westbrook and Six Forks.
- Do you take payment plans?
- Yes
- What types of payments do you take?
- Money Order, Cash, Debit/Credit Cards, Certified Checks. No personal checks.
- What happens if I do not win my case?
- Each case is different and although the attorney does not guarantee results, she will explain to her clients the strengths and weaknesses of their cases prior to entering a legal services agreement. In the event the attorney is unable to win your case, the office is able and willing to handle your case on appeal at an agreed upon price.
- Does the attorney speak Spanish?
- The attorney and her staff are all fluent in the English and Spanish languages. The office also offers transcription services for an additional fee.
- Does Arroyo Law, PLLC have extended office hours?
- Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. In an attempt to best accommodate clients, extended hours in the evenings and on weekends are available to clients by appointment only.
